The aim of this course is to prepare students to be able to critically review and solve problems relating to management, enhancing their professional competencies and equipping them with the ability to navigate the complexities of the modern and diverse business landscapes.

Principles of Management, Organisations and People provide students with a foundational understanding of management theories, organisational structures, and human behaviour in the context of business environments. The course introduces students to the key concepts of leadership, motivation, communication, decision-making, and organisational culture. The aim of this course is to develop students’ ability in effective leadership and teamwork, enabling them to engage and manage people from various backgrounds in the rapidly changing business landscape to cohesively work towards a common organisational goal.
